Access your billing history, download invoices, and get payment receipts.

Two Types of Billing Documents

BlockSecOps uses a hybrid billing system:

Viewing Billing History

From the Dashboard

  1. Log in to BlockSecOps
  2. Navigate to Billing (left sidebar)
  3. View Billing History section

Filtering History

Use the filter tabs to view:

  • All - Combined subscription invoices and credit receipts
  • Subscriptions - Stripe subscription invoices only
  • Credits - x402/USDC credit purchase receipts only

Subscription Invoices (Stripe)

Stripe automatically generates invoices for subscription payments.

Invoice Details

Each Stripe invoice includes:

Header:

  • Invoice number (INV-XXXX)
  • Invoice date
  • Due date / Payment status

Billing Information:

  • Your company name
  • Billing address
  • Tax ID (if provided)

Line Items:

Description Qty Unit Price Amount
Startup Plan (Monthly) 1 $999.00 $999.00

Summary:

  • Subtotal
  • Tax (if applicable via Stripe Tax)
  • Total charged
  • Payment method (last 4 digits)

Downloading Stripe Invoices

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Find the invoice in Billing History
  3. Click the download icon on the right
  4. Opens Stripe-hosted PDF in new tab

Managing via Stripe Portal

For advanced invoice management:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Manage Payment Method button
  3. Opens Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
    • View all invoices
    • Update payment method
    • View upcoming invoices
    • Download invoice PDFs

x402 Credit Receipts

When you purchase scan credits with USDC via x402, BlockSecOps generates a custom PDF receipt.

Receipt Details

Each x402 receipt includes:

Header:

  • Receipt number (BSO-YYMMDD-XXXX)
  • Date
  • Status: PAID

From (BlockSecOps):

Bill To (Your Info):

  • Company name (if set in Billing Details)
  • Billing address
  • Email
  • Tax ID (if provided)

Purchase Details:

Payment Details:

  • Payment Method: USDC on Base
  • Amount: 17.50 USDC
  • Credits Added: 25

Downloading x402 Receipts

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Filter by Credits (optional)
  3. Find the purchase in Billing History
  4. Click the download icon
  5. PDF downloads to your device

Verifying On-Chain

All x402 payments are recorded on the Base blockchain:

  1. Copy the transaction hash from your receipt
  2. Visit basescan.org
  3. Paste the hash to view the on-chain record

Updating Billing Information

Your billing details appear on all invoices and receipts.

Company Name

  1. Go to Billing
  2. (Coming soon: Billing Details section)
  3. Update company name
  4. Save

Billing Address

Required fields:

  • Address Line 1
  • City
  • State/Province
  • Postal Code
  • Country (2-letter code: US, UK, DE, etc.)

Tax ID (VAT/EIN/GST)

  1. Enter your tax identification number
  2. Select tax ID type:
    • us_ein - US Employer ID
    • eu_vat - EU VAT number
    • gb_vat - UK VAT number
    • au_abn - Australian Business Number

Tax ID appears on all future invoices/receipts.

Payment Methods

For Subscriptions (Stripe)

Manage your subscription payment method through the Stripe Portal:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Manage Payment Method
  3. Update card or add new payment method
  4. Changes apply to future charges

Supported methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • ACH bank transfer (US only)

For x402 Credits

Credits are purchased with USDC stablecoin:

  • Connect your wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.)
  • Pay on Base network
  • Low gas fees (~$0.01)

Invoice Settings

Email Notifications

Stripe automatically emails receipts when:

  • Subscription renews
  • Payment succeeds
  • Payment fails

Managing Subscriptions

Through the Stripe Customer Portal, you can:

  • View upcoming invoices
  • Update billing information
  • Cancel or modify subscription
  • Download past invoices

Refunds

Subscription Refunds

Contact support for subscription refunds:

  • Pro-rated for annual plans canceled within 14 days
  • Monthly plans: no refund for current period

x402 Credit Refunds

USDC credit purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions. Credits remain in your account indefinitely.

Tax Information

For US Customers

BlockSecOps may charge sales tax depending on your state. Tax is calculated and collected by Stripe.

For International Customers

  • EU: VAT applies based on your country
  • UK: 20% VAT applies
  • Other: Tax varies by jurisdiction

Provide your VAT/GST ID in Billing Details to potentially qualify for exemption.

Tax Receipts

Both Stripe invoices and x402 receipts serve as tax documentation, containing:

  • Seller information (BlockSecOps Inc.)
  • Your billing details
  • Tax breakdown (if applicable)
  • Payment verification

Q: How do I get a receipt for my accountant?
A: Download from Billing → Billing History. Both Stripe invoices and x402 receipts are available.

Q: Can I change the name on my invoices?
A: Yes, update Billing Details before your next invoice/purchase.

Q: Are receipts available for x402 credit purchases?
A: Yes! PDF receipts with blockchain verification are generated for all verified payments.

Q: What's the difference between an invoice and a receipt?
A: Invoices (from Stripe) are for subscriptions. Receipts (from BlockSecOps) are for x402 credit purchases.

Q: How long are invoices/receipts available?
A: Indefinitely in your account. We recommend downloading for your records.

Q: Can I get invoices in a different currency?
A: Stripe invoices are in USD. x402 receipts show USDC amounts.
