Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Free plan is always free with 10 scans/month. For paid plans, contact sales for trial options.


Pay-Per-Scan (x402)

What is x402 pay-per-scan?

x402 is our crypto-native payment option using USDC on Base network:

  • No subscription required
  • Pay only for scans you use
  • Credits never expire

How much do credits cost?

Small 1-10 files $1.00
Medium 11-50 files $3.00
Large 51-100 files $5.00

How do I buy credits?

  1. Go to BillingBuy Credits
  2. Connect your Web3 wallet
  3. Select credit package
  4. Approve USDC transfer
  5. Credits added instantly

Do credits expire?

No. x402 credits never expire and remain in your account until used.


Subscriptions

How do I subscribe?

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select plan
  4. Enter payment details
  5. Confirm subscription

When am I charged?

  • Monthly plans: Charged on signup date each month
  • Annual plans: Charged on signup date each year
  • x402 credits: Charged at purchase

Can I change my plan?

Yes, anytime:

  • Upgrade: Takes effect immediately, prorated charge
  • Downgrade: Takes effect at end of billing cycle
  • Cancel: Access continues until end of billing cycle

How do I cancel?

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation

You retain access until the end of your billing period.


Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted?

Subscription:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Invoice/wire transfer (Enterprise)

x402 Credits:

  • USDC on Base network
  • Via MetaMask, WalletConnect, or any Web3 wallet

Can I pay with other cryptocurrencies?

Currently only USDC on Base is supported for x402. Contact sales for other crypto payment options for Enterprise plans.

How do I update my payment method?

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Add new card or update existing
  4. Save changes

Invoices & Receipts

Where can I find invoices?

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Invoice History
  3. Download individual invoices or all

Can I get invoices for accounting?

Yes. All invoices include:

  • Company details (yours and ours)
  • Line items
  • Tax information
  • Payment reference

How do I add a billing address?

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Billing Details
  3. Enter company name, address, VAT number (if applicable)
  4. Save

Limits & Usage

What happens when I hit my scan limit?

You'll see a notification when approaching limits. When reached:

  • Cannot start new scans
  • Existing scans complete normally
  • Results remain accessible

Options:

  • Wait for next billing cycle
  • Purchase x402 credits
  • Upgrade plan

How do I check my usage?

  1. Go to SettingsBillingUsage
  2. View:
    • Scans used / remaining
    • API calls used
    • Team members

Do unused scans roll over?

No. Monthly scan allocations reset at each billing cycle. Consider:

  • x402 credits for unused capacity (never expire)
  • Adjusting plan if consistently under/over using

Teams & Organizations

How is billing handled for organizations?

One account pays for the entire organization:

  • Organization owner manages billing
  • All members share the plan's scan allocation
  • Member limits apply per organization

Can I have separate billing per team?

Not within one organization. For separate billing:

  • Create separate organizations
  • Each org has its own billing

Who can manage billing?

Only users with Owner or Billing Admin role can:

  • View invoices
  • Change payment methods
  • Upgrade/downgrade plans
  • Access billing settings

Enterprise

What's included in Enterprise?

  • Unlimited scans
  • Unlimited team members
  • Custom integrations
  • SSO/SAML
  • Dedicated support
  • SLA guarantees
  • On-premise option
  • Custom contracts

How do I get Enterprise pricing?

  2. Fill out the contact form
  3. Our team will reach out within 1 business day

Can I get a custom contract?

Yes. Enterprise plans include:

  • Custom pricing
  • Custom terms
  • Custom SLAs
  • Custom data retention
  • MSA/DPA as needed

Refunds

What's the refund policy?

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund within first 30 days
  • x402 credits: Non-refundable once purchased

How do I request a refund?

Contact support with:

  • Account email
  • Subscription ID
  • Reason for refund

We'll review within 2 business days.


Tax

Is tax included in pricing?

Prices shown exclude tax. Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are added at checkout based on your location.

Can I get a tax exemption?

Yes, if eligible:

  1. Go to SettingsBillingTax
  2. Upload exemption certificate
  3. We'll review and apply if valid

Do you provide W-9 or similar forms?
