Creating an Account

BlockSecOps offers multiple ways to create an account. Choose the method that works best for you.

Sign-Up Options

Method Description Best For
Email Traditional email + password Users who prefer standard accounts
Google OAuth with Google account Quick sign-up, existing Google users
GitHub OAuth with GitHub account Developers, easy repo access
Microsoft OAuth with Microsoft/Azure account Enterprise users
Discord OAuth with Discord account Web3/gaming communities
Slack OAuth with Slack account Team collaboration users
BitBucket OAuth with BitBucket account Atlassian users
X (Twitter) OAuth with X account Social login
Wallet Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE) Crypto-native users, DAOs
Solana Wallet Sign with Solana wallet Solana ecosystem users

Option 1: Email Sign-Up

  1. Go to app.blocksecops.com/signup
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Create a password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Click Create Account
  5. Check your email for a verification link
  6. Click the link to verify your account

Password requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • Mix of letters and numbers recommended

Option 2: Google Sign-Up

  1. Go to app.blocksecops.com/signup
  2. Click Continue with Google
  3. Select your Google account
  4. Grant permission to BlockSecOps
  5. You're signed in!

No password needed - authentication is handled by Google.

Option 3: GitHub Sign-Up

  1. Go to app.blocksecops.com/signup
  2. Click Continue with GitHub
  3. Log in to GitHub (if not already)
  4. Authorize BlockSecOps
  5. You're signed in!

Benefits of GitHub sign-up:

  • No additional password to remember
  • Your GitHub profile info is imported
  • Easy integration with your repositories (coming soon)

Option 4: Other OAuth Providers

BlockSecOps supports additional OAuth providers for convenience:

Discord

  1. Click Continue with Discord
  2. Log in to your Discord account
  3. Authorize BlockSecOps
  4. You're signed in!

Slack

  1. Click Continue with Slack
  2. Sign in to your Slack workspace
  3. Authorize BlockSecOps
  4. You're signed in!

BitBucket

  1. Click Continue with BitBucket
  2. Log in to your BitBucket account
  3. Authorize BlockSecOps
  4. You're signed in!

X (Twitter)

  1. Click Continue with X
  2. Log in to your X account
  3. Authorize BlockSecOps
  4. You're signed in!

Option 5: Ethereum Wallet Sign-Up

Sign in with your Ethereum wallet using Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE).

Supported Wallets

  • MetaMask
  • WalletConnect (supports 100+ wallets)
  • Coinbase Wallet
  • Rainbow
  • Any EIP-1193 compatible wallet

Steps

  1. Go to app.blocksecops.com/signup
  2. Click Connect Wallet
  3. Choose your wallet provider
  4. Connect your wallet
  5. Sign the authentication message (no gas required)
  6. You're signed in!

Note: Wallet sign-up is perfect for:

  • Paying with x402 USDC credits
  • Pseudonymous accounts
  • DAO treasury access

Option 6: Solana Wallet Sign-Up

Sign in with your Solana wallet for Solana ecosystem users.

Supported Wallets

  • Phantom
  • Solflare
  • Backpack
  • Ledger (via adapter)

Steps

  1. Go to app.blocksecops.com/signup
  2. Click Connect Solana
  3. Choose your wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.)
  4. Connect your wallet
  5. Sign the authentication message (no transaction required)
  6. You're signed in!

Note: Solana wallet sign-up is perfect for:

  • Solana smart contract developers
  • Anchor/Rust developers
  • Solana ecosystem projects

After Sign-Up

Once your account is created:

  1. Complete your profile (optional) - Add display name and preferences
  2. Choose a plan - Stay on Free or upgrade to Developer/Startup
  3. Upload your first contract - Start scanning immediately

Troubleshooting

Email not received?

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Verify you entered the correct email
  3. Click "Resend verification email"
  4. If issues persist, contact support

OAuth login failed?

  1. Clear browser cookies for blocksecops.com
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Disable browser extensions that block OAuth
  4. See Login Issues

Wallet won't connect?

  1. Make sure your wallet extension is unlocked
  2. Refresh the page and try again
  3. Check that you're on the correct network
  4. See Wallet Connection Issues
