Managing Members

Invite, manage, and remove organization members.

Inviting Members

How to Invite

  1. Go to OrganizationMembers
  2. Click Invite Members
  3. Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated)
  4. Select role (Admin or Member)
  5. Click Send Invites

Invitation Email

Invitees receive an email with:

  • Organization name
  • Inviter's name
  • Link to accept

Invitation Expiry

Invitations expire after 7 days. Resend if needed.

Adding More Members

If you need more:

  • Upgrade your plan, or
  • Add extra seats ($100/user/month on Startup+)

Viewing Members

Member List

Go to OrganizationMembers to see:

Filtering

Filter members by:

  • Role
  • Status
  • Team
  • Activity date

Member Status

Status Description
Active Can access organization
Pending Invited, not yet accepted
Inactive Access disabled

Managing Roles

Changing a Member's Role

  1. Click member row
  2. Click Edit Role
  3. Select new role
  4. Click Save

Deactivating Members

When to Deactivate

  • Employee leaves company
  • Contractor engagement ends
  • Temporary access removal

How to Deactivate

  1. Click member row
  2. Click Deactivate
  3. Confirm

What Happens

  • Member loses access immediately
  • Their work is preserved
  • Seat becomes available
  • Can be reactivated later

Removing Members

Permanent Removal

  1. Click member row
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm removal

What Happens

  • All access revoked
  • Assignments transferred to unassigned
  • Comments and history preserved
  • Cannot be undone (must re-invite)

Reactivating Members

For Deactivated Members

  1. Find member in list (filter by Inactive)
  2. Click member row
  3. Click Reactivate
  4. Access restored

Pending Invitations

View Pending

Go to OrganizationMembersPending tab.

Resend Invitation

  1. Find pending invitation
  2. Click Resend
  3. New email sent

Cancel Invitation

  1. Find pending invitation
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Invitation voided

Bulk Operations

Invite Multiple

Paste multiple emails:

Bulk Role Change

  1. Select multiple members (checkboxes)
  2. Click Bulk Actions
  3. Select Change Role
  4. Choose new role
  5. Apply

Member Activity

Viewing Activity

Click any member to see:

  • Recent logins
  • Scans run
  • Findings managed
  • Last active time

Activity Reports

Admins can export:

  1. Go to OrganizationReports
  2. Select Member Activity
  3. Choose date range
  4. Export CSV

Security

Require 2FA

Force all members to use 2FA:

  1. Go to OrganizationSecurity
  2. Enable Require 2FA
  3. Members must set up 2FA to access

Session Management

View and revoke member sessions:

  1. Click member
  2. View Active Sessions
  3. Click Revoke to end session

FAQ

Q: Can members see each other's work?
A: Members can see shared projects. Personal projects are private.

Q: What happens to work when a member is removed?
A: Their work remains. Assignments become unassigned.

Q: Can I limit what projects a member sees?
A: Yes. Use project-level access control.

Q: How do I transfer assignments before removing someone?
A: Bulk reassign in Findings → Assignments before removing.
